It drinks the way the name reads. Dark chocolate up front, the kind you snap off a bar, with a buttery, just sweet popcorn note sitting behind it that keeps nudging you back for the next sip. There is a lift too, a bit of strawberry and something tropical, so it never feels heavy.
Red and Yellow Caturra, natural process, grown at 1,350m in Tolima, the single Colombian estate we source every one of our coffees from. Roasted in small batches here in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
