The fun one. This is our experimental lot, an infused coffee we built to be bright, loud and a little playful, the kind of cup that does not take itself too seriously.
It tastes like a bowl of summer fruit. Raspberry up front, sweet and just tart enough, with mango behind it bringing a soft tropical sweetness and a tumble of red fruits in between. Juicy from the first sip to the last.

This is a flavoured coffee. We took a Caturra grown at 1,800m in Tolima, ran the mango through the fermentation and infused the raspberry on top. The result lands closer to a fruit cordial than your usual morning espresso, which is exactly why we love it for guest slots and something different. A small limited lot, roasted by us in Mullingar.
